WASHINGTON, DC – A 43-year-old man died Tuesday from injuries sustained in an E-bike crash on Pennsylvania Avenue at the end of March.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, March 27th around 10:50 p.m. in the area of Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest and 7th Street Northwest, which is just southeast of US Navy Memorial Plaza.
Police say that two e-bikes collided along Pennsylvania Avenue, causing one of the cyclists to hit his head.
Medics transported the victim to the hospital with a head injury. The victim, identified as Michael Goldstone, died six days later.
The investigation is ongoing.
