PRINCE GEORGE’S CO., MD – A Virginia woman was killed early Friday on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway near Joint Base Andrews, as reported by Maryland State Police.
The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. when 32-year-old Kerri Snead attempting to cross I-495 near Allentown Road and was hit by a vehicle.
Snead was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle involved sustained injuries and was taken to a hospital.
